针对粮食干燥工艺流程,研究设计了杂粮热泵干燥机控制系统,上位机采用威伦通触控屏、下位机采用可编程控制器,分析了控制系统流程图、传感器的选择和上下位机的功能。通过在线模拟表明所设计的热泵干燥机控制系统能够满足杂粮及大宗粮食的控制要求,本控制系统主要特点在于涉及到分段程序控制和变频调节控制,能够最大限度地提高控制系统的通用性。
Heat pump dryer control system was designed for multigrain drying process, WEINVIEW touch screen and pro-grammable controller were used for upper and lower computer system, respectively.Flow chart of control system, sensor selection and function of upper and lower computer were analyzed. It showed that designed heat pump dryer control system could meet control requirements of multigrain and bulk grain by online simulation.Control system was mainly characterized by involving segmented program and frequency conversion control which could maximize to improve the versatility of control system.
