中文摘要：本文通过活化菌种、小型发酵、过滤、萃取、微孔滤膜过滤和高效液相色谱含量检测，筛选产渥曼青霉素产率最高的培养基。结果表明：豆芽培养基为产渥曼青霉素含量最高的培养基，产率为11.09%。优选出了一种较优的产渥曼青霉素的培养基，但产率不是很高，有待进一步寻找。

外文摘要：Medium that produces morewortmannin was screened by bacteria activation, small fermentation, filtration, extraction, millipore filter and high performance liquidchromatography. Results showed that bean sproutsmedium was the best medium, and yield was 11.09%. Yield of chosen medium was not good, and better medium need further screening.
