Extraction Optimization of Hemincellulose A from Distillers Grains with Ultrasonic-assisted Alkaline by Response Surface Methodology

采用超声波辅助碱法从白酒糟中提取半纤维素A,通过响应面试验设计探讨KOH溶液质量分数、浸提温度和超声波时间对提取得率的影响,优化提取参数。结果表明:在KOH溶液质量分数为7%、浸提温度为58℃和超声波时间为21min条件下,酒糟中半纤维素A得率为37.17%,说明采用超声波辅助碱法分离半纤维素A的工艺可行。
Ultrasonics-assisted alkaline method has been employed into the process of extraction of hemicelluloses A from distillers grains. Influences of KOH mass concentration, extraction temperature and ultrasonic time were evaluated; the best con-dition of extraction was optimized by response surface methodology ( RSM) . Results showed that optimal extraction conditions were KOH mass concentration of 7%, extraction temperature of 58℃, and ultrasonic time of 21 min. Under this condition, ex-traction rate of hemincellulose A was 37.17%.
