农药残留是目前影响我国果蔬质量和食品安全性的一大问题. 本文阐述了我国食品中农药残留的原因及农药残留引起的食品安全问题, 并在此基础上提出相应的对策来减少食品中农药残留.
Pesticide residue is a big problem to influence quality and safety of fruits and vegetables. Reasons of pesticide residues and accident related with pesticide residues in food were introduced in this paper. On basis of this , countermeasures of reducing pesticide residues were proposed.
