Cultural Condition Optimization of Microbial Oil by Mutation Strains of Mortierella isabellina
To optimize culture medium for lipid production of Mutant strains of Mortierella isabellina, combination of single factor experiments and orthogonal test were utilized in this paper. Preliminary fermentation medium was carried out by single factor experiments, and main components including glucose and yeast extract, MgSO4 were obtained. Three significant factors (glucose, yeast extract and MgSO4) were optimized as follows: glucose 80.0 g/L, yeast extracts 3.8 g/L and MgSO4 0.8 g/L. Under optimized condition, lipid yield reached as high as 12.01 g/L increased by 93.09%than original's yield (6.22 g/L) .
