It is internationally recognized that breast milk is the best source of infant nutrition, if breast milk is lack or inadequate, need other dairy products complements or substitutes. By controlling the content of trans fatty acid in production, adjusting proportion of DHA and AA in the formula milk powder, controlling content of EPA in the whole production process through rapid detection and control, a suitable for no more than 12 months old infant formula milk powder was produced.
