从我国森林防火事业发展取得的成效及面临的形势和问题入手,系统分析了新时期加强森林防火能力建设的几个重点,并针对专业队伍建设、森林经营、野外火源管理、雷电火预防、火情监测、森林航空消防等方面提出了能力建设的对策建议,进而为我国实现森林火灾综合治理现代化和治理能力现代化提供参考.
