摘要
金沙江干热河谷是云南省乃至我国生态修复的重点和难点地区.依托国家重大生态建设项目"楚雄州金沙江干热河谷生态保护与修复项目"的实施,总结了该生态修复项目的具体实施成效,重点分析了存在的问题和困难,提出了相应的建议和对策,进而为助推长江上游生态修复和区域安全,提高生态修复类项目的实施成效和工程建设质量提供了思路和方案.
Abstract
The dry-hot valley of the Jinsha river is a key and difficult area for ecological restoration in Yunnan province and even in China.This paper relies on the implementation of the national major ecological construction project"Chuxiong Jinsha River Dry Hot Valley Ecological Protection and Restoration Project",summarizes the specific implementation results,focuses on analyzing the existing problems and difficulties,and then puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.The paper provides ideas and plans for promoting ecological restoration and regional security of the Yangtze river,and improving the implementation effectiveness and construction quality of ecological restoration projects.
