摘要
通过实地调查,摸清泸西县森林草原防灭火应急道路建设现状,提出建设中存在的问题.同时根据多元数据提取法和建立火险评估模型法,科学划分全县森林草原火险等级.结合泸西县发展需要,提出防灭火应急道路布局区域意见.
Abstract
Through on-site investigation,we have identified the current situation of emergency road construction for forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing in Luxi county,and the existing problems in the construction process.At the same time,based on the method of multiple data extraction and the establishment of a fire risk assessment model,this paper scientifically classified the forest and grassland fire risk levels in the entire county.Based on the development needs of Luxi county,the paper proposed regional opinions on the layout of emergency roads for fire prevention and control.
