Social impact assessment on Fanjingshan National Park planned to be established
Establishing a national park system is a key reform task proposed by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,and is a major decision made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,on the strategic level of achieving the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.Guizhou Province has resolutely implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech while inspecting Guizhou and actively promoted the creation of the Fanjingshan National Park.In order to gain an in-depth and accurate understanding of the impact of the establishment of the Fanjingshan National Park on local social and economic development and people's lives,this article applies the stakeholder analysis method,the participatory approach,the comparative analysis method and the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.At the same time,this article examines the social risks that may arise from the founding of the Fanjingshan National Park on the basis of literature research,field research results and data analysis,and proposes relevant countermeasures to various social risks,providing a reference and basis for the establishment of the Fanjingshan National Park.
