摘要
阐述云南省生态护林员实施基本情况、主要做法,总结其成效,对生态护林员政策实施成效进行分析,探讨生态护林员管理策略,并提出其存在的问题、困难及建议,旨在更好地让生态护林员在巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果助力乡村振兴中发挥更积极的作用,并提出建议.
Abstract
This paper describes the basic situation and main practices of the implementation of ecological forest rangers in Yunnan province,summarizes its effectiveness,analyzes the effectiveness of the implementation of ecological forest rangers policy,discusses the management strategy of ecological forest rangers,puts forward the existing problems and difficulties in order to better enable ecological forest rangers to play a more active role in consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization,and puts forward some suggestion.
