摘要
依据西藏自治区林地定额管理现状分析,从当前存在的主要问题及成因着手,并提出了出台地方相关法规、建立林地定额管理长效机制以及提高基层综合管理水平等相应对策,以期能够提升林地定额管理能力,为建设美丽西藏夯实生态根基.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the current situation of forest land quota management in Xizang Autonomous Region,starting from the current main problems and causes,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures such as issuing local relevant laws and regulations,establishing a long-term mechanism for forest land quota management,and improving the level of comprehensive management at the grass-roots level,in order to improve the capacity of forest land quota management and lay a solid ecological foundation for building a beautiful Tibet.
