新疆兵团森林督查工作现状问题分析及对策

摘要
近年来,新疆兵团积极推进森林督查工作,严厉打击非法采伐、滥用、毁坏等破坏森林资源的违法行为,努力维护森林环境安全,提升森林资源管理水平,促进生态系统健康可持续发展.目前兵团已取得显著的成果,但仍需进一步完善,以更好的服务于社会.通过系统分析兵团森林督查工作现状及存在问题,并针对新形势下如何做好森林督查工作提出对策及建议,为今后加强森林资源保护管理提供决策依据.
Abstract
In recent years,Xinjiang Corps has,conducted an exhaustive forest supervision,effectively reinforced the detection,exploration,and rectification of unlawful activities that harm forest resources,ensured the effective safeguarding of forest resources,and augmented the level of forest resource management.At present,Xinjiang Corps has achieved significant results,but further improvement is still needed to better serve society.This paper summarizes and examines the present state and existing issues of forest supervision in this area,proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestion for how to do well in forest supervision under the new situation,and provides decision-making basis for strengthening forest resource protection and management in the future.
