摘要
通过历年森林督查工作的开展与实践,总结广东省森林督查全覆盖以来的经验与做法,从重视程度、督查机制、技术力量、督查边界等多个方面分析当前森林督查工作中存在的问题,提出压实督查责任、完善督查机制、优化督查流程、改革审批机制等几个方面的建议.
Abstract
Based on the development and practice of forest supervision over the years,the experiences and practices of forest supervision in Guangdong province since its full coverage were summarized,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current forest supervision work from the aspects of the degree of attention,the supervision mechanism,the technical strength and the supervision boundary,etc.,some suggestions are put forward,such as compaction of supervision responsibility,perfection of supervision mechanism,optimization of supervision process and reform of examination and approval mechanism.
