广西跨境生物多样性廊道建设规划与实践

摘要
广西为保护稀有的东黑冠长臂猿,兼顾当地的生物多样性保护开展了跨境生物多样性廊道的建设工作,通过总结国内外跨境保护区建设情况,并针对广西跨境生物多样性廊道的建设工作中存在问题提出针对性的建议:(1)探索出更科学的跨境合作机制以加强跨境国家或地区之间的沟通,更好地保护生物多样性;(2)积极探索及推行可替代生计;(3)实施创建更多的国内跨行政区保护区或生物廊道.
Abstract
In order to protect the rare animal Nomascus nasutus and the local biodiversity,Guangxi has implemented the project on construction of cross-border biodiversity corridors.By summarizing the construction of cross-border protected areas at nation and abroad,there is some suggestion for the problems existing in the construction of cross-border biodiversity corridors in Guangxi:(1)For enhancing the communication between cross-border countries or regions,and protection of biodiversity,it need explore more scientific cross-border cooperation mechanisms;(2)Explore and promote more alternative livelihoods;(3)Implement and create other domestic cross-administrative protected areas or biological corridors in Guangxi.
