Effects of Pretreatment and Hormone Treatments on Rooting of Hard Branch Cutting of Ginkgo biloba with Golden Leaves
Using the ornamental variety Ginkgo biloba'Wannianjin'as the material, the effects of cuttings pretreatment(cold storage, sucrose, boric acid)and hormones(NAA,IBA,NAA+IBA)on the rooting of hard branch cuttings of Ginkgo biloba were studied. The differences in indefinite root length, indefinite root number, and rooting rate under different treatments were analyzed, and the optimal pretreatment and hormone treatment were selected to provide data support for the establishment of the hard branch cutting seedling technology system of Ginkgo biloba. The main results are as follows:(1)Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the membership function, the top three pre-treatments ranked in order are refrigerated for 10 days,5.0%sucrose,and 0.1%boric acid.Among them, refrigerated for 10 days synchronously increased the adventitious root length, number, and rooting rate of Ginkgo biloba cuttings. The 5.0%sucrose treatment only increased the adventitious root length, and the 0.1%boric acid treatment only increased the adventitious root number.(2)Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the membership function, the top four hormone treatments ranked in order were IBA800,NAA400+IBA400,IBA500,NAA200+IBA200,all of which significantly improved the length, number, and rooting rate of adventitious roots simultaneously;IBA has a significant promoting effect on the rooting of Ginkgo biloba cuttings, which is superior to NAA and NAA+IBA.(3)Based on the comprehensive evaluation of membership functions,IBA500 treatment for 1 hour has the best rooting effect on hard branch cuttings of Ginkgo biloba.
