Effects of Different Hormones and Cuttage Time on Rooting of Camellia osmantha
In order to promote the Camellia oleifera cutting,with the Camellia oleifera was half lignified branches as test,using 830,1000,1250 mg/L 3 concentration levels of NAA,IBA,root,sun,75%concentration of alcohol,study the influence of different hormones and concentration of Camellia oleifera cutting root,using variance and principal component analysis of cutting root effect comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the NAA solution treatment with 1 250 mg/L concentration had the highest combined score and the best rooting effect.
