间伐+回缩修剪对"石丰"板栗枝条生长及光合作用的影响

多年生板栗园普遍存在通风差、不透光、生存空间拥挤等不良生长状况,为了改善多年生板栗树生长条件,利用间伐+回缩修剪的方法,对板栗园进行修整和树形改造,探索间伐+回缩修剪技术对板栗枝条生长以及光合作用的影响,提高板栗园通风、透光,缓解多年生板栗园郁闭情况,促进板栗树健康生长.本试验选择 23 年的"石丰"板栗园为试验区,对板栗园进行间伐+回缩修剪,将进行间伐+回缩修剪的板栗作为处理,以正常生长的板栗树作为对照,观察测量板栗树枝梢生长情况,利用TARGAS-1 便携式光合作用测定系统测定板栗树冠层上部、中部、下部叶片在 8:00、10:00、16:00 的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2 浓度和气孔导度,进行方差及显著性分析.结果表明:(1)间伐+回缩修剪显著减小板栗树冠径.(2)间伐+回缩修剪显著促进板栗树新梢生长,提高新梢长度,增加新梢粗度.(3)间伐+回缩修剪后,板栗的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2 浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)显著提升.(4)间伐+回缩修剪对板栗冠层下部和中部的光合作用改善效果更显著.(5)间伐+回缩修剪在 16:00 时效果更明显.间伐+回缩修剪可以减小板栗冠径,降低板栗园郁闭程度,提高新梢长度和新梢粗度,促进板栗枝条发育.同时,间伐+回缩修剪能提升板栗园透光,增强板栗受光程度,增强板栗光合作用.
Effects of Thinning and Retracting Pruning on Branch Growth and Photosynthesis of"Shifeng"Chestnut
Poor ventilation,light opacity and crowded living space are common problems in perennial chestnut orchard.In order to improve the growth conditions of perennial chestnut trees,thinning and retracting pruning were used to trim and modify the tree shape of chestnut orchard,and the effects of thinning and retracting pruning technology on the growth of chestnut branches and photosynthesis were explored to improve the ventilation and light transmission of chestnut orchard.Alleviate the closure of perennial chestnut orchard and promote the healthy growth of chestnut trees.In this experiment,the 23 year old"Shifeng"chestnut garden was selected as the experimental area,and the chestnut garden was thinned and pruned.The chestnut trees that were thinned and pruned were used as the treatment and the normal growing chestnut trees were used as the control to observe and measure the growth of chestnut branches.The net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,intercellular CO2 concentration and stomatal conductance of leaves in the upper,middle and lower parts of chestnut canopy at 8:00,10:00 and 16:00 were measured by TARGAS-1 portable photosynthesis measurement system,and variance and significance analysis were performed.The results showed that(1)Thinning and retracting pruning significantly reduced the crown diameter of chestnut.(2)Thinning and retracting pruning significantly promoted the growth of new shoots,increased the length of new shoots and increased the thickness of new shoots.(3)After thinning and retracting pruning,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)and transpiration rate(Tr)of chestnut were significantly increased.(4)Thinning and retracting pruning had a more significant effect on photosynthesis in the lower and middle part of the chestnut canopy.(5)Thinning and retracting pruning is more effective at 16:00.Thinning and retracting pruning can reduce the crown diameter and the closure of chestnut orchard,increase the length and thickness of new shoots.At the same time,thinning and retracting pruning could improve the light transmittance of chestnut orchard,enhance the light degree of chestnut and enhance the photosynthesis of chestnut.
