Diurnal Variation Characteristics of Photosynthesis in Parthenocissus quinquefolia under Soil Water Fertilizer Coupling
It is difficult to restore the vegetation of rocky slopes in mines,in order to investigate the effect of soil-water-fertiliser coupling on the photosynthetic characteristics of Parthenocissus quinquefolia, the test site was selected in an abandoned limestone quarry in Luquan District,Shijiazhuang City, and the seedlings of Parthenocissus quinquefolia were used as the research objects, and a three-factor,four-level design using L16(4)5 orthogonal table was carried out to measure the photosynthetic indexes and the photosynthetically active radiation(PAR),Temperature(Ta),relative humidity(RH),atmospheric CO2 concentration(Ca)and other environmental factors were measured to analyse the relationship between the photosynthetic characteristics and environmental factors under soil-water-fertilizer coupling. The results showed that(1)Pn,E and WUE values differed from other treatments under W1N1 coupling with the same soil thickness, and decreased with increasing soil thickness and decreasing moisture;(2)Pn,WUE and CO2 values differed from other treatments under S1N1 coupling with the same moisture condition, and decreased with decreasing moisture, and were related to soil thickness and fertiliser application,WUE,gs values increased under low soil thickness and high N application coupling, and CO2 values increased under moderate soil thickness and no N fertiliser coupling.(3)Pn,WUE,gs,and CO2 values differed in the S1W1 coupling from other treatments under the same nitrogen application condition, and with increasing fertiliser application,Pn,E,and gs values increased at high soil thickness and high moisture coupling;WUE and Ci values increased at low soil thickness and low moisture coupling.(4)Pn,E,gs were significantly and positively correlated with PAR;PAR was significantly correlated with Ta,Ta with RH,and Ca with RH.Comprehensively,it showed that reasonable soil-water-fertiliser coupling could promote the growth and photosynthesis of Parthenocissus quinquefolia, and the coupling effect was best under the S4W1N4 treatment.
