The Effect of Planting Density and Pinching Times on the Produce of Chrysanthemum parthenium
To explore the planting density and harvesting frequency of wild Chrysanthemum parthenium, improve bud yield, and solve the technical problem of low yield in mountain cultivation.Compared and analyzed the growth indicators of ground diameter, height, number of lateral branches, and changes in flower bud yield of Chrysanthemum parthenium with planting densities of 130 cm(including construction channel 45)×25 cm,130 cm×35 cm,130 cm×45 cm,3 treatments for each of 6,7,and 8 times of heart harvesting. The results showed that the density was 130 cm×25 cm,130 cm×35 cm,and 130 cm×45 cm,the ground diameter was 1.03 cm,1.59 cm,and 1.81cm,respectively,showing a significant negative correlation with the density; The heights was 94.75 cm,93.43 cm,and 95.50 cm and the density had little effect on longitudinal growth; The yield of alabastrum was 128.78 g,197.15 g,and 230.7 g showed a significant negative correlation. When the pinching was removed 6,7,and 8 times, the ground diameter was 1.8 cm,1.5 cm,and 1.3 cm,showed a significant negative correlation; The heights were 98.3 cm,96.5cm,and 95.5 cm separately, the pinching frequency removed had little effect on longitudinal growth; The number of side branches were 333.75,404.75,and 490 showed a significant positive correlation; The yield of alabastrum per plant was 172.3g,184.8g,and 200.5g showed a significant positive correlation. It suggested that 130 cm×35 cm spacing and pinching 8 times were available for Hairless Chrysanthemum to boost production.
