响应面法优化超声诱导辽藁本种子萌发研究

为测试超声诱导方法对促进辽藁本种子发芽的影响,本文就超声功率、时间及水浴温度等指标,研究了不同因素条件对辽藁本种子发芽率的影响.结果表明:辽藁本种子发芽的优化条件为超声功率 68 W,超声时间 5 min和超声水浴温度 34℃;在此条件下辽藁本种子预期发芽率为 51.89%,实验验证算术平均值为 54.07%,最佳超声诱导条件实验组与空白组相比,发芽率提升了 10.74%.本研究表明,适宜的超声处理对辽藁本种子发芽率有积极的影响.
Optimization of Ultrasonic Induced Seed Germination of Ligusticum jeholensn by Response Surface Method
In order to test the effect of ultrasonic induction on seed germination,the germination rate of Ligusticum jeholensn seed was studied by ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time and water bath temperature.The results showed that the optimal conditions for seed germination were ultrasonic power of 68W,ultrasonic time of 5min and ultrasonic water bath temperature of 34℃.Under these conditions,the expected germination rate of L.jeholensn seed was 51.89%,and the arithmetic mean value of experimental verification was 54.07% .Compared with the blank group,the germination rate of the experimental group under optimal ultrasonic induction conditions was increased by 10.74% .The results showed that suitable ultrasonic treatment had a positive effect on seed germination rate.
