Effects of Light Intensity on Rooting and Seedling Growth of the Softwood Cutting of Vaccinium uliginosum
In this paper, the effects of light intensity on the in vitro rooting and seedling growth of Vaccinium uliginosum were studied.A randomized block design was adopted, repeated three times.Sphagnum was used as cutting substrate.Keep the humidity of seedbed at 40% .The 2-3 cm Vaccinium uliginosum softwood cuttings were treated with 28000 lux,12500 lux and 1100 lux light intensity. The results showed that when the light intensity was 12500 lux,the rooting rate of cuttings was 87.3%,and the average seedling height was 13.81 cm,cutting Rooting and seedling growth were the best.
