下渚湖国家湿地公园生物多样性评价研究

采取实地踏勘法和地理信息技术对下渚湖国家湿地公园进行全面调查,结合相关资料文献获取生物多样性评价指标数据.利用层次分析法和PSR模型确定湿地面积、湿地类型、植物物种丰富度、动物物种丰富度、稀有物种、外来物种入侵度、保护管理水平、科普教育水平、人类威胁 9 项指标,通过德尔菲法确定指标权重,构建湿地公园生物多样性评价指标体系,对下渚湖国家湿地公园进行评价.经计算,下渚湖国家湿地公园生物多样性指数(BI)为50.8744,状况等级为中等.结果表明:1)植物物种丰富度是下渚湖国家湿地公园生物多样性的首要限制因子;2)外来物种入侵对生物安全造成威胁.3)人类活动一定程度上干扰公园生态环境.4)评价区内科普教育水平指标值较低.根据评价结果,为下渚湖国家湿地公园生物多样性提供保护建议.
Research on Biodiversity Evaluation of Xiazhu Lake National Wetland Park
A comprehensive investigation was conducted on the Xiazhu Lake National Wetland Park using field survey method and geographic information technology,and biodiversity evaluation index data was obtained by combining relevant literature and materials.Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and PSR model,nine indicators were determined,including wetland area,wetland type,plant species richness,animal species richness,rare species,invasive alien species,protection and management level,science education level,and human threat.The weights of the indicators were determined using the Delphi method,and a wetland park biodiversity evaluation index system was constructed to evaluate the Xiazhu Lake National Wetland Park.After calculation,the biodiversity index(BI)of Xiazhu Lake National Wetland Park is 50.8744,indicating a moderate level of condition.The results indicate that:1)Plant species richness is the primary limiting factor for biodiversity in Xiazhu Lake National Wetland Park;2)Invasion of alien species poses a threat to biological security.3)Human activities to some extent interfere with the ecological environment of the park.4)The indicator value of science popularization education level in the evaluation area is relatively low.Based on the evaluation results,provide protection suggestions for the biodiversity of Xiazhu Lake National Wetland Park.
