Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Analysis of Volatile Components in Melia azedarach Branches and Leaves from the Perspective of Anoplophora chinensis Control
[Objective]Analyze the volatile components of Melia azedarach branches and leaves to identify the chemical substances that may have an attractive effect on Anoplophora chinensis.[Method]The branches and leaves of the Chinese toon tree were extracted by headspace solid-phase extraction, and the components were detected and analyzed by chromatography and mass spectrometry. The test data were analyzed by independent sample t-test using SPSS 27 software.[Result]There are significant differences in the volatile components between the branches and leaves of Melia azedarach.A total of 47 volatile components were detected in the branches and 29 in the leaves, with 17 common components. The main volatile components of the branches are ethanol, dipropyl disulfide,α-muurolene,d-limonene,bicyclogermacrene,sabinene,propanethiol,β-myrcene,etc.The main chemical components of the leaves are(3E)-4,8-dimethylnon-1,3,7-triene,ethanol,sabinene,bicyclogermacrene,β-myrcene,d-limonene,etc.Monoterpenoids(C 10H16)and sesquiterpenoids(C15H24)are abundant in both branches and leaves.Among them, the content of monoterpenoids in branches accounts for 21.38%,and sesquiterpenoids account for 27.73%;the content of monoterpenoids in leaves accounts for 40.07%,and sesquiterpenoids account for 17.35% .The components with high contents and the same components in both branches and leaves are ethanol,d-limonene,bicyclogermacrene,sabinene,and β-myrcene.
