大箐山县射干丰产栽培技术及质量初步评价

为了解决射干种植过程中的实际问题,本实验以射干为研究对象,在大箐山县设立试验地人工栽培射干,对射干的生长习性、栽培技术进行研究,并按照《中国药典》标准对射干水分、浸出物含量进行检查.结果表明,射干药材适应性强,能够良好生长,可以在大箐山县进行引种栽培.大箐山县栽培射干水分含量为 7.9%,水浸出物含量及醇浸出物含量分别为 30.17%、24.24%,以上结果均符合中国药典标准.本实验为射干药材的规模化、规范化人工栽培提供参考.
Preliminary Evaluation on the High Yield Cultivation Technique and Quality of Belamcanda chinensis in Daqingshan County
In order to solve the Belamcanda chinensis in the process of planting,the experiment was conducted in Daqingshan County to set up the experimental field of artificial cultivation of the Belamcanda chinensis.The growth habits and cultivation techniques of the Belamcanda chinensis were studied,and the contents of water and extracts of the Belamcanda chinensis were checked according to the standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The results showed that Belamcanda chinensis had strong adaptability and could grow well,and could be introduced and cultivated in Daqingshan County.The water content of Belamcanda chinensis in Daqingshan County was 7.9%,the water extract content and the alcohol extract content were 30.17% and 24.24%,respectively.The above results were in line with the standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.This experiment provides reference for the large-scale and standardized artificial cultivation of Belamcanda chinensis.
