Research on Value Accounting of Forest Ecological Products——Taking Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm as an example
On the basis of defining the connotation and conceptual scope of forest ecological product value,driven by the realization of ecological product value,a measurement framework,indicators,and value calculation principles for forest ecological product output are proposed.The comprehensive use of direct market method and alternative market method to calculate the forest ecological value of Saihanba Machinery Forest Farm in Hebei Province shows that the forest farm creates about 1.12 billion yuan of forest ecological product value annually,which has not been compensated.The subcategories of forest ecological products ranked by value are:air purification,accounting for 59.51%of the total value;Conserving water sources,accounting for 17.37%of the total value;Carbon fixation and oxygen release account for 12.12%of the total value;Protecting soil,accounting for 6.66%of the total value;Biodiversity accounts for 3.44%of the total value;Trees,accounting for 0.88%of the total value;Scientific research achievements account for 0.01%of the total value.In order to obtain more accurate forest ecological product value assessment results and promote the realization of forest ecological product value,a unified and standardized forest ecological product value assessment standard should be established,and the ecological compensation for forest farms should be increased.
