Evaluation of Clogging Effect of Vertical Subsurface Flow in Constructed Wetland Based on AHP-FCE Method
Clogging had become a key problem that limits the healthy and long-term operation of constructed wetlands. The AHP-FCE method was used to construct a comprehensive evaluation system for the influencing factors of vertical subsurface flow in constructed wetland clogging.A total of 17 evaluation indicators were selected from four aspects:water quality characteristics, process parameters, management measures and environmental conditions, and the evaluation criteria of wetland clogging were defined. As a case study, the clogging evaluation of the Rongcheng wetland showed a'good'status with a strong anti-clogging ability.Among them, solid suspended solids, water distribution and water collection methods, and plant management were at a better level in anti-clogging.The risk of wetland clogging can be reduced by appropriately increasing the frequency of intermittent operation, reducing hydraulic load or adding pretreatment measures according to the change of wastewater quality. The evaluation results reflected the risk of wetland clogging and provide a reference for alleviating clogging problems.
