Abstrct Promoting the legal construction of wetland ecological restoration is an important institutional guarantee for strengthening wetland protection and improving the carbon sink function of wetlands.Through comparative study method and empirical study method,this paper analyzes the practical difficulties faced in the practical exploration of wetland ecological restoration in China,such as insufficient legal construction and limited technological means.Under the guidance of new development philosophy,the value connotation of Chinese wetland ecological restoration was discussed,including the construction of an ecological and legal community with a shared future,the construction of human rights and the rule of law,and the unification of individual rights and righteousness.Based on the experience of advanced wetland ecological restoration abroad,suggestions were proposed as:start from the three dimensions of top-level design,technological support and bottom-up guarantee,the authorities should improve restoration legislation,increase technological innovation,promote smart justice,and establish and improve relevant supporting mechanisms.
