摘要

为了解唐岛湾湿地公园水体浮游植物群落结构及其时空变化特征,2022年11月—2023年7月在唐岛湾湿地公园进行浮游植物样本采集,使用Algae-Hub鉴定浮游植物种类并统计数量.结果表明:浮游植物共 9 门 76 属 117 种,包含硅藻门 69 种、绿藻门 19 种、蓝藻门 12 种等,春秋季以硅藻门中肋骨条藻为单一优势种群落,夏季浮游植物物种丰富度与密度最高,唐岛湾浮游植物的多样性具有时空分布特征,在同一季节各样点间浮游植物多样性无显著差异,夏季浮游植物多样性与春、秋季有显著差异.生物多样性指数结果表明唐岛湾水体环境处于健康状态,各季节浮游植物通过相互作用能够保持较高的初级生产力并抑制赤潮爆发.

Abstract

In order to understand the phytoplankton community structure and its temporal and spatial variation characteristics of Tangdao Bay wetland park,the phytoplankton was sampled from November 2022 to summer 2023,and quantified and identified by Algae-Hub.The results showed that a total of 117 species of phytoplankton belonging to 9 phyla and 76 genera were sampled during the investigation,including 69 Bacillariophyta,19 Chlorophyta,12 Cyanophyta,etc.The communities in spring and autumn were dominated by diatoms Skeletonema costatum,While the richness and density peaked in summer.Based on the statistics of diversity indices,there was no significant difference among the sampling sites in the same season.However,the seasonal variation of the phytoplankton was significant,especially between summer and two other season.Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou evenness index indicated that the water condition of Tangdao Bay was in a healthy condition.The phytoplankton community can maintain high primary productivity and inhibit the outbreak of red tide through intraspecific and interspecific competition.
