Microbial Community Structure Characteristics and Influencing Factors in Sediments of Dianshan Lake
The diversity and community structure of microorganisms in lake sediment are closely related to water quality and aquatic ecosystem stability. In this study,high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the structural characteristics and influencing factors of microbial communities in the surface sediment of Dianshan Lake. The results showed that human activities have significant impact on lake sediment and the contamination level of Cd was high. The species diversity of different regions of the lake was shown as Southwest region>Northern region>Central region>Eastern region. At the phylum level, the dominant phylum were Proteobacteria,Chloroflexi and Acidobacteriota. At the genus level, the dominant genus were uncultured_f__Anaerolineaceae,unclassified_c__Thermodesulfovibrionia and uncultured_f__Steroidobacteraceae.The results of correlation between dominant microorganisms and environmental factors showed that TN,TP,Cd,Sb,Cu and Zn had great influence on microbial community structure, while TP and heavy metals were the restricting factors of microbial community structure. In addition,uncultured_f__Anaerolineaceae,unclassified_o__Vicinamibacterales and Luteitalea showed tolerance to Cd,Sb,Cu,Ni and Zn.Therefore, the prevention of phosphorous and heavy metals pollution,as well as improving the monitoring of microorganisms are the priority of water environment protection in Dianshan Lake.
