A Study on the Satisfaction Evaluation of Recreation in Wetland Parks in Jiangsu Province Based on Text Analysis
In order to optimize the product form and service structure of wetland tourism,and to enhance the leisure satisfaction of tourists.By selecting the national wetland park in Jiangsu Province as the case site,and taking 6 142 effective online review texts from four websites,namely,Volkswagen Dianping,Mare's Nest,Ctrip,and Tongcheng,as the data,the model was built by using the Python language to conduct text mining,word frequency statistics,high-frequency word analysis,semantic network analysis,and semantic sentiment analysis,and constructed the evaluation indexes of recreational satisfaction in the national wetland parks in Jiangsu province for the correction of the IPA analysis.The analysis concludes that tourists'recreation perception of national wetland parks in Jiangsu province is dominated by positive emotions,but the overall satisfaction level is average;Secondly,in terms of the difference in the importance of the perceived dimensions of satisfaction,the ecological service value of the wetland parks has a higher level of tourists'satisfaction;The dimensions of scenic area facilities,popularization of science and education,and tourism commodities need to be improved urgently in the present time;in addition,the escape experience,aesthetic experience,and cultural experience brought by wetland tourism to tourists are important dimensions that cannot be ignored to improve recreation satisfaction.The research has enriched the results of national wetland park and recreation satisfaction,and has practical guiding significance for the scientific construction and management of National wetland park in Jiangsu province.
