The Influence of Water Quality on Spatial-temporal Pattern of Phytoplankton Diversity in Chaohu Lake
In order to clarify the impacts of water quality on phytoplankton diversity in Chaohu lake,Shannon-weiner index(H')of phytoplankton community and water index are measured in January,April,June and September in 2020.The results showed obvious spatial and temporal differences in phytoplankton diversity in Chaohu lake.H' was the highest in spring(1.45),and the autumn(0.27)was significantly lower than other seasons(P<0.05).H'(0.41)in center of the West lake was significantly lower than that in the inflow area of the Xinhe river(2.25)(P=0.03).Pearson correlation analysis showed the change of trophic state index is not correlated with H'(P>0.05),and the decrease of water quality grade had negative impact on H'(P=0.001).Seasonal light and temperature changes, water quality differences caused by land use types around the lake and water dilution effects were dominant factors affecting the spatial and temporal patterns of phytoplankton community diversity.
