Current Status of Practices and Approaches to Rule of Law for Community Co-management of National Parks
At present,community co-management system in China's national parks is still in the stage of exploration.By sorting out the status of practice in each park,it summarizes many problems such as insufficient supply of the legal system,unclear division of rights between central and local authorities,insufficient public participation,and uneven regional development in the park.In order to alleviate the contradiction between protection and utilization,and promote scientific construction of national park co-management system,we put forward solutions such as building a perfect legal system,clear definition of rights of central and local authorities,promoting diversified public participation,and enhancing coordinated regional development,so as to provide a good idea for improving the community co-management system of national parks and realizing top-level design of national parks.
