Evaluation System for Training Wetland Park Personnel Based on CIPP Model
Evaluation of training is an important means and a key step to improve training quality.Based on the high compatibility between CIPP model and evaluation of personnel training for wetland park,4 first-level evaluation indicators and 12 second-level evaluation indicators were designed to construct a evaluation system for personnel training for wetland park.The current training evaluation method of wetland park and the CIPP model based evaluation system were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the CIPP model evaluation system could overcome the problems such as the lack of process evaluation,the lack of timely feedback and the inability to revise at any time as necessary,and ensure the transformation from result-oriented evaluation to process-oriented evaluation.This study puts more focus on practical application and adjustments of respective weights of the evaluation indicators.It provides innovative ideas and scientific approaches to realizing whole-process evaluation,real-time feedback and timely amendment for the evaluation of personnel training of wetland park.
