摘要

湿地土壤/沉积物有机碳储量是精准评估湿地碳汇和湿地修复的重要依据,本研究采集保安湖周围水稻田、滩涂、芦苇、浮水植物和水域5个样地的土壤/沉积物样品,估算1m深度单位面积土壤/沉积物有机碳储量.研究表明:保安湖区湿地土壤有机碳储量为49.55~117.36 t/hm2,芦苇样地最大(117.36±6.72t/hm2),滩涂湿地最小(49.55±8.29 t/hm2).保安湖湿地土壤/沉积物有机碳储量与总氮、碳氮比和碳磷比存在显著正相关,与土壤pH值存在显著负相关,可为我国长江中下游湖泊碳汇和自然保护地管理提供重要参考依据.

Abstract

The study of wetland soil/sediment organic carbon storage is an important basis for accurate assessment of wetland carbon sink and wetland restoration.The soil/sediment samples were collected from five different habitat types around Bao'an Lake,including paddy fields,mudflats,reeds,floating vegetation and open water environments.The organic carbon storage in soil/sediment was estimated for a depth of 0~100 cm.The results showed that the soil organic carbon storage(0~100 cm depth)was 49.55~117.36 t/hm2,the reed site was the largest(117.36±6.72 t/hm2),and the beach wetland was the smallest(49.55±8.29 t/hm2).Additionally,a significant positive correlation was found between organic carbon storage per unit area and total nitrogen,carbon-nitrogen ratio,and carbon-phosphorus ratio,while a significant negative correlation was observed with soil pH value.This can provide important reference data for managing carbon sinks and natural reserves in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China.
