摘要

盱眙县湿地资源丰富,多年来持续不断的保护修复工作取得显著成效,但全县湿地仍存在保护空缺,湿地生态质量不高,生态廊道体系不够完善等问题.对标高质量发展的要求,以提升湿地质量、改善湿地生态系统功能,促进湿地利用绿色转型发展为目的,提出"两带、三片区"的县域湿地保护修复空间格局,通过加大湿地保护地的建设管理,推进实施一批重要功能性湿地生态修复项目,加强小微湿地的保护管理,推广生态种养模式引导建立湿地利用良性共生关系等措施,以全面提升全县湿地生态质量,发挥湿地生态系统的生态屏障功能.

Abstract

Xuyi county is rich in wetland resources.In recent years,the continuous protection and restoration work has achieved remarkable Progress.However,there are still some problems in the county,such as lack of protection,low ecological quality of wetlands,imperfect ecological corridor system.For the requirements of high quality development,in order to improve wetland quality,improve wetland ecosystem function and promote the green transformation and development of wetland utilization,the spatial pattern of wetland protection and restoration in the county area of"two belts and three districts"is put forward.By increasing the construction and management of wetland protected areas,a number of important functional wetland ecological restoration projects are promoted,the protection and management of small and micro wetlands are strengthened,and the ecological planting model is promoted to guide the establishment of benign symbiotic relationship of wetland utilization,so as to comprehensively improve the ecological quality of wetlands in the county and give full play to the wetland ecosystem.
