不同育苗基质对落叶松幼苗生长的影响

[目的]分析落叶松苗木生长在不同基质下的具体表现,以此确定适宜的培养基质,促进落叶松苗木生长.[方法]以辽宁省西丰县落叶松为主要研究对象,对照组为 100%原土(CK),试验组设置四个处理(T1、T2、T3、T4),各处理是由不同比例的原土、蛭石、沙土、食用菌渣料以及腐殖质组成,分析不同培养基质对落叶松苗木生长的影响.[结果]与CK相比,T1、T2、T3、T4 种子萌发率较高,按照从大到小的顺序为T2>T3>T1>T4,其中T2 种子萌发率比对照组增长 22.51%;试验组落叶松苗高、地径、主根长、侧根数量高于对照组,其中T2处理最高;与对照组相比,T1、T2、T3、T4 幼苗单株生物量较高;T1、T2、T3、T4 的土壤理化性质优于对照组.[结论]40%苗圃原土+15%腐殖质+5%蛭石+15%沙土+25%食用菌渣料下的落叶松幼苗生长效果最佳.
Effect of Different Seedling Substrate on the Growth of Larix gmelinii Seedlings
[Objective]The specific performance of Larix gmelinii seedlings growing in different substrates was analyzed,so as to determine the appropriate culture substrate to promote the growth of larch seedlings.[Method]Larix gmelinii in Xifeng county,Liaoning province was selected as the main research object,the control group was 100%raw soil(CK),and the experimental group was set up with four treatments(T1,T2,T3,T4).Each treatment was composed of different proportions of raw soil,vermiculite,sand,edible fungus residue and humus.The effects of different medium quality on the growth of Larix gmelinii seedlings were analyzed.[Result]Compared with CK,the seed germination rate of T1,T2,T3 and T4 was higher,in the order of T2、T3、T1、T4,and the germination rate of T2 seed was increased by 22.51%compared with the control group.Larix gmelinii seedling height,ground diameter,taproot length and lateral root number in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and T2 treatment was the highest.Compared with the control group,the biomass per plant of T1,T2,T3 and T4 seedlings was higher.The physical and chemical properties of soil of T1,T2,T3 and T4 were better than those of control group.[Conclusion]The growth effect of Larix gmelinii seedlings under 40%original soil +15%humus +5%vermiculite +15%sandy soil +25%edible fungus residue is the best.
