Study on Indoor Bacteriostatic Effect of Anti-freezing and Anti-disease Film for Trees
[Objective]To explore the bacteriostatic effect of anti-freezing and disease-preventing film agent for trees, and to provide a good anti-freezing protective agent for production.[Method]The antibacterial effects of two ice nucleated bacteria(Pseudomonas syringae and Pantoea ananatis)and three fungi(Dothiorella grearia,Cytospora chrysosperma,Valsa sordida)were studied by using the antifreeze and disease prevention film agent developed by our research group, and the results were compared with those commonly used in the market. The effect of agricultural streptomycin and antifreeze and disease prevention film on the two ice nucleation bacteria at three concentrations(0.3‰,0.6‰ and 1‰)was compared by filter paper diffusion method.Growth rate method was used to compare the inhibitory effects of carbendazim,thiophanate-methyl,chlorothalonil and antifreeze and antidisease film at 4 concentrations(100 mg·L-1,300 mg·L-1,600 mg·L-1 and 1 000 mg·L-1)on 3 species of poplar canker and rot causing fungi.[Result](1)Compared with agricultural streptomycin, the anti-freezing and disease-preventing film agent had better inhibitory effect on the two ice nucleated bacteria, and the inhibitory effect increased with the increase of the concentration of the agent.Under the maximum experimental concentration, the antibacterial diameter of antifreeze and antidisease film against Pseudomonas syringae and Pantoea ananatis were 10.9 mm and 19.1 mm,respectively.(2)Carbendazim and thiophanate-methyl had a good inhibitory effect on three fungi, with the inhibitory rate of carbendazim reaching 100%at a concentration of 100 mg·L-1,thiophanate-methyl reaching 100%at a concentration of 100 mg·L-1 against two fungi(Cytospora chrysosperma and Valsa sordida),and at a concentration of 600 mg·L-1,the inhibition rate against Dothiorella grearia can reach 100%.(3)The inhibition effect of the anti-freezing and disease-preventing film was equivalent to that of chlorothalonil on three fungi. The inhibition effect of the anti-freezing and disease-preventing film increases with the concentration of the agent. When the concentration reaches 1 000 mg·L-1,the inhibition rate was 100%.[Conclusion]The anti-freezing and disease-preventing film for trees had good antibacterial effects on 2 types of ice nucleation bacteria and 3 types of fungi.
