摘要
柿树在我国栽培历史悠久,我国也是世界上柿栽培面积最大、品种最丰富、产量最高的国家,但资源利用和生产效率相对低下.本文从柿的主要砧木以及影响嫁接成活因素对目前柿的嫁接繁殖技术进行了介绍;从培养基和外植体方面综述了当前柿组织培养技术的研究进展;从插条的选择、插条的处理、扦插的时间和环境的控制四个方面对柿的扦插繁殖技术进行了具体的阐述,并总结了研究柿繁殖过程中可能出现的问题及解决的途径,以供从事柿相关研究的学者和生产者参考.
Abstract
Persimmon has a long history of cultivation in China.China is also the country with the largest persimmon cultivation area,the richest variety and the highest yield in the world,but the resource utilization and production efficiency are relatively low.This paper introduced the current technology of persimmon grafting propagation from the main rootstocks of persimmon and the factors affecting the survival of grafting.The current research progress of persimmon tissue culture technology from the aspects of culture medium and explants was reviewed.The article elaborated on the cutting propagation technology of persimmon from four aspects:the choice of cuttings,the treatment of cuttings,the cutting time and the control of the environment.Finally,the thesis summarized the possible problems and solutions in the study of persimmon reproduction for reference by scholars and producers engaged in persimmon related research.
