湘西北典型区域生物多样性现状调查与评价

[目的]全面掌握安乡县陆生脊椎动物和维管束植物的资源本底,更新动植物资源信息,建立、完善安乡县生物多样性物种数据库.[方法]在对湖南省生物多样性现状调查的基础上,采用野生动物丰富度、野生维管束植物丰富度、生态系统类型多样性、物种特有性、受威胁物种的丰富度、外来物种入侵度 6 个评价指标的加权求和的生物多样性综合评价方法,以安乡县为例,对湘西北典型区域进行了生物多样性现状调查与评价.[结果]安乡县共有陆生脊椎动物 267 种,隶属于 26 目 84 科 167 属,其中两栖类 1 目 6 科 7 属 8 种,爬行类 2 目 10 科 18 属 25种,鸟类 17 目 55 科 124 属 214 种,兽类 6 目 10 科 14 属 20 种;维管束植物 948 种,隶属于 149 科 523 属,其中蕨类 10 科 13 属 21 种(群为野生),裸子植物 6 科 13 属 21 种(其中野生裸子植物 4 科 5 属 7 种),被子植物 133 科497 属 906 种(其中野生被子植物 125 科 429 属 756 种);共有维管束植物外来入侵物种 28 种.安乡县生物多样性综合评价为22.302 6,等级属于一般水平;维管束植物重要物种多样性指数(H)为1.198 5,均匀度指数(J)为0.545 5,优势度指数(D')为 0.542 0;动物重要物种多样性指数(H)为 0.852 1,均匀度指数(J)为 0.342 9,优势度指数(D')为0.332 2.[结论]与湖南省石门县相比,安乡县物种较少,特有属、种不多,局部地区生物多样性较丰富,但生物多样性总体水平一般.运用该评价指标体系所得评价结果能比较客观地反映县域生物多样性状况,具有较好的应用前景.
Investigation and Evaluation of Biodiversity Status in Typical Regions of Northwest Hunan Province
[Objective]Fully grasp the resource background of terrestrial vertebrates and vascular plants in Anxiang county,update animal and plant resource information,and establish and improve the biodiversity database in Anxiang county.[Method]Based on the investigation of the current status of biodiversity in Hunan province,a comprehensive evaluation method of biodiversity was adopted using the weighted sum of six evaluation indicators:wild animal richness,wild vascular plant richness,ecosystem type diversity,species endemism,threatened species richness,and invasive alien species.Taking Anxiang county as an example,a survey and evaluation of the current status of biodiversity in a typical area of northwest Hunan was conducted.[Result]There were 267 species of terrestrial vertebrates in Anxiang county,belonging to 26 orders,84 families,and 167 genera.Among them,there were 8 species of amphibians in 1 order,6 families,and 7 genera,25 species of reptiles in 2 orders,10 families,and 18 genera.There were 214 species of birds in 17 orders,55 families,and 124 genera,and 20 species of mammals in 6 orders,10 families,and 14 genera.948 species of vascular plants,belonging to 149 families and 523 genera,including 21 species in 13 genera of 10 families of ferns(wild group),21 species in 13 genera of 6 families of gymnosperms(including 7 species in 5 genera of 4 families of wild gymnosperms),906 species in 497 genera of 133 families of angiosperms(among them,there were 756 species of wild angiosperms belonging to 429 genera in 125 families).There were a total of 28 invasive species of vascular plants.The comprehensive evaluation of biodiversity was 22.302 6 in Anxiang county,which belongs to the general level.The diversity index(H)of important species in vascular plants was 1.198 5,the evenness index(J)was 0.545 5,and the dominance index(D')was 0.542 0.The diversity index(H)of important animal species was 0.852 1,the evenness index(J)was 0.342 9,and the dominance index(D')was 0.332 2.[Conclusion]Compared with Shimen county in Hunan province,Anxiang county has fewer species,fewer endemic genera and species,and relatively rich biodiversity in some areas,but the overall level of biodiversity was average.The evaluation results obtained by using this evaluation index system can objectively reflect the biodiversity status of the county and have good application prospects.
