Survey of Plant Diversity and Landscape Evaluation in National-level Traditional Villages of Qingtian County
[Objective]Through the investigation of plant diversity and the evaluation of landscape characteristics in traditional villages,this study aims to provide reference for the protection and development of traditional villages in Qingtian county,particularly in terms of village landscape creation and tree species planning.[Method]Focusing on four nationally recognized traditional villages in Qingtian county,the study conducted field surveys and comprehensive analyses,examining aspects such as plant species,usage frequency,ornamental characteristics,color features,and ancient tree resources.[Result]A total of 239 plant species were surveyed in the four nationally recognized traditional villages,belonging to 97 families and 150 genera.The proportions of trees,shrubs,and herbaceous plants were relatively balanced,with fewer vines.Among them,Chenzhai village exhibited the richest plant diversity.The most frequently used plants included Osmanthus fragrans,Camellia sinensis,and Sambucus javanica.Of the surveyed plant species,189 were native tree species,accounting for 79.08%.In terms of ornamental types,foliage and flowering plants predominated.A total of 33 ancient trees were surveyed,with Cryptomeria fortunei being the most prevalent.[Conclusion]The nationally recognized traditional villages in Qingtian county exhibit good plant diversity,with a rich variety of ornamental plants and distinct colors.The overall landscape effect reflects certain local characteristics.
