大兴安岭地区樟子松优良家系选择研究

[目的]为充实和完善樟子松良种资源库,为造林提供优质的材料保障,对大兴安岭林业集团公司森林经营部技术推广站樟子松 1.5 代种子园的 55 个自由授粉家系营建的子代测定林进行优良家系选择.[方法]通过调查树高、胸径,计算材积,对各个家系进行差异性分析和方差分析,计算遗传力和遗传增益.[结果]以10%的入选率,选择出5个生长快、生长量大,同时在三个试验地点适应性好、变异较小的家系,入选家系在三个试验地点的胸径、树高、材积分别超过 10 cm、7 m、0.04 m3,遗传增益分别超过 15.75%、10.97%和 19.89%.[结论]15 号,33 号,4号,54号和 49号家系生长快、适应性好,是适合在大兴安岭地区营建樟子松林的优良家系.
Study on the Selection of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Superior Families in the Daxing'an Mountains
[Objective]In order to enrich and improve the Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica excellent seed resource library and provide high-quality material for afforestation,the selection of excellent family lines was carried out for the offspring test forest constructed by 55 freely pollinated families in the 1.5 th generation seed orchard of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica at the Technical Promotion Station of the Forest Management Department of Daxing'an Mountains Forestry Group Company.[Method]By investigating the height and diameter of the tree,calculating the volume of the tree,the difference analysis and varianceanalysis of each family were carried out,and the heritability and genetic gain were calculated.[Result]Five families with fast growth,large growth,good adaptability and small variation were selected at the three test sites with a selection rate of 10%.The DBH,tree height and volume of the 5 selected families at the three test sites exceeded 10 cm,7 m and 0.04 m3,respectively,and the genetic gain exceeded 15.75%,10.97%and 19.89%,respectively.[Conclusion]The"15","33","4","54"and"49"families have fast growth and good adaptability,making them excellent families suitable for afforestation in the the Daxing'an Mountains.
