Evaluation of Regional Green Innovation Efficiency and Analysis of Its Spatial Network Characteristics
The establishment of a regional green innovation network is a crucial carrier for promoting sustainable development and serves as an engine for economic transformation to achieve the"dual car-bon goals."In this study,the SBM model is employed to measure and evaluate the industrial green inno-vation efficiency of 12 cities in Gansu Province.Additionally,the gravity model and social network anal-ysis methods are applied to analyze the spatial correlation characteristics of the industrial green innova-tion.The research findings indicate that cities such as Dingxi and Qingyang exhibit higher levels of green innovation efficiency,while Zhangye and Pingliang demonstrate lower levels.The interconnection de-gree of the green innovation network in Gansu Province is not high,whereas it exhibits a strong hierar-chical structure.Lanzhou and Jiayuguan play a central role in the innovation network,exerting an ab-sorbing effect on green innovation resources across the entire province.The formation of Gansu Prov-ince's industrial green innovation network is influenced by the geographical proximity between cities,differences in economic foundations,and disparities in innovation support systems.Recommendations include a focus on refining industry and environmental policies,seeking a direction in the overall situa-tion,strengthening regional spatial correlations,and thereby enhancing the overall level of green innova-tion in Gansu Province.
