A Study on the Equilibrium Problem of Green Supply Chain Network Considering Producer Risk
The research shows that the green supply chain network equilibrium model that considers producer risk management factors and provides price subsidies for retailers to purchase green products can reduce risk losses and improve competitive advantage.This supply chain comprises a three-tier structure of manufacturers,retailers,and demand markets.This study analyzes the loss function that ex-presses the characteristics of disruption risk in the supply chain and the optimal conditions for the behav-ior of manufacturers,retailers,and demand markets and transform the supply chain network equilibrium problem into a Generalized Nash equilibrium problem.By proving the existence of the Generalized Nash equilibrium solution,it is proved that the solution to the supply chain network equilibrium problem also exists,and a numerical example is provided to verify its rationality.
