摘要
中国农村工作已经迈向全面推进乡村振兴的新征程,数字经济已成为推动中国经济社会全方位高质量发展的新动力引擎和加速落实乡村振兴战略的重要抓手.数字经济从产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕五个维度为乡村振兴注入数字动能,但在数字经济赋能过程中还存在着数字基础设施支撑度欠缺、数字化人才匮乏、数字化意识薄弱、数字经济应用场景有限等问题,制约着数字经济效应发挥.基于此,提出需要进一步加强乡村数字基础设施建设、激活乡村数字化人才"引擎"、培育数字化发展思维、提升数字经济与乡村融合发展水平,破解乡村振兴的多重困境,充分把握数字经济发展的历史性机遇,持续推动数字经济赋能乡村振兴战略的有效实施.
Abstract
Rural development in China has embarked on a new journey towards comprehensive rural re-vitalization,with the digital economy emerging as a new driving force for high-quality,extensive econom-ic and social development and a crucial tool for advancing the rural revitalization strategy.The digital economy injects digital vitality into rural revitalization across five dimensions:industrial prosperity,eco-logical livability,cultural advancement,effective governance,and improved living standards.However,challenges remain in leveraging the digital economy,including inadequate digital infrastructure,a short-age of digital talent,weak digital awareness,and limited application scenarios for the digital economy,which hinder the effectiveness of its impact.Therefore,it is essential to strengthen the construction of ru-ral digital infrastructure,activate the engine of rural digital talent,cultivate a mindset for digital develop-ment,and enhance the integration between the digital economy and rural development to break through the multiple challenges of rural revitalization,seize the historic opportunity of digital economic growth,and continuously promote the effective implementation of the strategy of boosting rural revitalization through the digital economy.
