师范生教学研究的意义、内涵及实践路径

摘要
教学研究能力是师范生教学技能的主要构成要素,也是关乎师范生专业化发展的重要因素,因此师范院校将师范生教学研究能力纳入常态化培养是必需而紧迫的.本研究从师范生教学研究能力的重要意义出发,以师范生教学研究的内涵为基础,从研究意识的形成、研究理论的深化以及研究氛围的营造等方面提出相应的策略,以期在职前阶段提升师范生教学研究的自觉性、科学性以及合作性.
Abstract
The main component of teaching skills for normal students,teaching research is also an important factor which is related to students'professional development.It is necessary and urgent to incorporate teaching abilities of students into the normalized training goals.By discussing the significance of teaching abilities and based on the connotation of normal students'teaching research,this study further proposes corresponding strategies from the formation of research consciousness,deepening of research theory,and creation of research atmosphere in order to achieve the self-awareness,scientificity,and cooperation of teaching research of normal students in the pre-service stage.
