省级卫视如何为西北少数民族文化传播助力

摘要
鉴于西北少数民族文化传播对我国传统文化繁荣和民族团结、稳定的重要意义，以及独具地方色彩和全国覆盖力的省级卫视在西北少数民族文化传播中的特殊效力，针对西北多民族省份省级卫视的少数民族文化节目传播状况，探讨西北少数民族文化良性传播和西北地区省级卫视借助民族文化突围的双向关系，在此基础上，分析西北地区省级卫视如何通过转变传播理念、传播形态、运作模式，在打造自身竞争差异和优势的同时，为少数民族文化传播积极发挥作用。
Abstract
The northwest minority culture communicating has a close affinity to the prosperity of China tradition al culture and nation al unity.Moreover,the provincial satellite TV Stations which possess the unique local color and national coverage have the special effect on the northwest mi-nority culture communicating.Thus,the paper discussed two-way relationship between benign culture communicating in northwest minority area and the northwest provincial satellite TV Sta-tions breaking in virtue of national culture,in view of minority programs communication about the provincial satellite TV Stations of northwest multi-nationality province.On this basis,the thesis analyzed how would the northwest provincial satellite TV Stations build up own competitive dif-ferentiation and play an active role for the minority culture,by changing communication concept, communication form and operation mode.
