摘要
运用TTISIM仿真软件,计算了新型200 km/h八轴客运电力机车悬挂参数对运动稳定性的影响.结果表明,原参数机车非线性临界速度较低,不能满足时速200 km的运行要求;机车二系悬挂刚度偏小,优化后建议二系悬挂纵向和横向刚度取0.42 MN/m、垂向刚度取0.8 MN/m;二系悬挂刚度的增加对机车运行平稳性影响不明显;一系悬挂刚度、抗蛇行减振器阻尼、二系横向减振器阻尼建议保持原值.
Abstract
The effect of suspend-system parameters on motion stability of 200km/h eight-axle passenger electric locomotive is mainly calculated by using simulation software TTISIM.Analysis result shows that the non-linear critical velocity of locomotive with original parameters is too low to meet the operation requirements of 200 km/h;the original secondary stiffness is small,and after the optimization,the secondary longitudinal stiffness and lateral stiffness are suggested to 0.42MN/m and the secondary vertical stiffness is suggested to 0.8MN/m;the locomotive running stability is not affected obviously by the increase of secondary stiffness;the primary suspension stiffness,damping of yaw dampers and damping of secondary lateral dampers are suggested to the original value.
