Power battery recycling pricing decisions with government subsidies taking into account uncertain demand
In the actual operation of supply chain,the uncertainty of market demand makes the cost and price of new products and remanufactured products uncertain,which will directly affect the pricing decision and optimal profit of supply chain node enterprises.This paper takes power batteries as the main research object,and based on government subsidy policies,builds a power battery closed-loop supply chain with new energy vehicle power battery manufactur-ers,retailers and third-party recyclers as the main participants.In the case of market demand uncertainty and reman-ufacturing competition,the market demand of new products and remanufactured products fluctuates randomly.The expected income of enterprises in wholesale,retail,recycling price,government subsidies and each node in the closed-loop supply chain is analyzed.The sensitivity analysis is carried out by using the example simulation,and the varia-tion rule of each element under the demand uncertainty is studied.The research shows that enterprises at each node should strengthen cooperation,share information and negotiate to set prices,avoid risks caused by uncertain consum-er market demand,and provide theoretical support for the government to implement subsidy incentive measures.
