Study on Route Optimization of Railway Combined Transport of Hazardous Materials under Uncertain Environment
In order to make the route optimization of the combined transport of dangerous goods more practical,the stochastic chance constraint theory is introduced,and then the uncertainty formula containing random variables is transformed into definite equivalent form by decision analysis method,theoretical research method and numerical ex-ample analysis method,and factors such as container capacity limit,time window constraint and transportation risk are considered.Aiming at the lowest total transportation cost,shortest total time and minimum total risk,the optimi-zation model of multimodal transport of dangerous goods under uncertain environment were established.Based on stochastic simulation algorithm,neural network algorithm and genetic algorithm,an improved hybrid intelligent algo-rithm was designed to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.The analysis of parameter change shows that:The designed hybrid intelligent algorithm has higher solving efficiency than the ordinary heuristic algorithm;The selection of containers with large cargo capacity is beneficial to transportation enterprises and risk management departments;The smaller the population density or risk threshold during transportation,the lower the risk of hazard-ous materials transportation;Spending more financial resources to meet customer deadlines can also increase custom-er satisfaction;The longer the transit time,the higher the risk value.This provides basic theoretical knowledge and diversified decision-making schemes for transportation enterprises and management departments.
